Creates understanding, knowledge sharing, collaboration, trust, and strategic alignment.
The Greene Organizational Effectiveness Framework® is an emerging conceptual framework developed through professional experience, doctoral scholarship, and continuing inquiry. It proposes that sustainable performance depends upon intentional alignment among five organizational capabilities.

Organizations often address leadership, technology, governance, communication, or workforce challenges independently. My experience and research suggest that these capabilities are interconnected and that organizational performance depends not only upon their individual strength, but also upon the quality of their alignment.
The framework offers a common language for examining those relationships while keeping human capability and organizational purpose in view.
Creates understanding, knowledge sharing, collaboration, trust, and strategic alignment.
Establishes accountability, decision rights, organizational discipline, and responsible stewardship.
Develops the knowledge, skills, readiness, and capacity required for execution and adaptation.
Provides direction and creates conditions for learning, collaboration, responsibility, and performance.
Enables processes, communication, workforce effectiveness, and informed decision-making in service of strategy.
Connects the capabilities so they operate as an organizational system rather than isolated functions.
Organizations are human endeavors. Technology, processes, governance, and structure matter, but people bring organizations to life.
The framework is therefore not intended to reduce organizations to a model. It is intended to help leaders examine whether organizational conditions enable people to contribute, learn, collaborate, adapt, and thrive.
The framework is emerging rather than final. It continues to develop through research, teaching, executive advisory, organizational observation, and scholarly dialogue.
Its purpose is not to provide a universal answer. Its purpose is to support better questions about the relationships that shape organizational effectiveness.
