The dissertation examined relationships among strategic organizational conversation, organizational agility, internal controls, knowledge absorptive capacity, process modularity, top management mindfulness, and business process performance.
Using survey data from 339 workers across U.S. organizations and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling, the study established the empirical foundation for a continuing program of applied organizational research.
Professional experience generates questions. Research provides disciplined investigation. Teaching invites reflection and dialogue. Executive advisory allows evidence to inform organizational decision-making.
